ABS Quality Inspection Services, dealing to provide inspection services across India, UAE, Srilanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh. We are performing IPC, DUPRO, FRI, PM, CLC services for all kinds of product categories such as SL, HL, E n E, etc. We are committed to provide you with the inspection report on the same day of the inspection. We have zero tolerance against integrity and with strong ethics.
AQL: We are following AQL 0/2.5/4.0 Critical/Major/Minor and Following 4 Point System for Fabric Inspection. We can also follow Client Instruction for using AQL if they are required to use special AQL.
What We Check in Inspection (Apparel) :
Assess the quality of your apparel’s materials and workmanship, using a number of quality control checks and tests, including:
- Colour shading
- Colour Fastness check (Rub test)
- Symmetry check Size fitting test
- Carton Drop Test
- Adhesive check (logos, printings, markings fastness)
- Fabric weight test (for knitted garments)
- Fasteners fatigue and zip quality test
- Waterproof test
- Down feather leakage testing
- Seam slippage test (for woven garments)
- Care labelling Needle damage check (for knitted garment)
- Barcode scanning test
- Burn test (for 100% cotton garment)
- Mold contamination prevention
- Metal contamination prevention
- Ventilation test
What is Sample collection ?
It’s essential that any samples selected for testing or review are representative of your entire production run so that you can make informed decisions. You can’t always rely on your factory to do this.
ABS can support your sample collection needs in two ways:
- As an add-on to an inspection– while at your factory carrying out an inspection, the ABS inspector collects samples from the production line.
- As a stand-alone service– we send a ABS inspector to your factory specifically to collect samples from the production line.
Samples are packed, sealed and sent to Lap according to client Instructions for Testing.
ABS expertise
ABS provides independent quality control designed to protect your business interests. Our highly trained and experienced inspectors are product experts who receive regular training in their field of specialization.
ABS inspectors can be onsite at your factory within 48 hours of booking, and reports are provided on the same day as the inspection.
